Realisation of reconstruction of the apartment in Zdar nad Sazavou, 2014-2015, CZ

Designed apartment is located in a residential house in the street Štursova in Zdar .

The house is in a quiet area with good transport links from the street Štursova. Entering the apartment in 3.NP and after a staircase in the common areas of the house

Apartment building is located near water reservoir on the outskirts of Zdar. The site is a direct connection to the natural surrounding parts of the town of Zdar .

Due to structural modifications affecting the supporting structures were solved construction management. Investor based on valid building permit that has been issued .

Currently, completed the structural work in the apartment and begin implementation of new water distribution, waste and wiring in the apartment.
