Main task of revitalization
The task is to develop regional studies municipality Planá area of about 6000m² in the northern part of the city. The investor is the town of Planá. This is an expansion of the area within the event Atelier
Vltava s.r.o "2014-18 Revitalization of downtown Planá". The area of the new territory represents an increase from the original area of about 18,600 m² to 24,600 m² in the northern part of the area originally within the urban area
municipalities. The project is supported and extends a similar solution to the original architectural design which results in an anonymous architectural competitions from 2013 to 2014.

Context small South Bohemian town, which lies partially in a conurbation with the cities of Tabor Sezimovo Usti, require sensitive intervention in the form of revitalization in the central part of the city. The city conurbation exist in connection with one
the original main roads leading from the center to the south of Bohemia. Currently, said city conurbation gradually gaining their bypasses in the form of the D3 motorway and other modifications. These are opportunities for revitalization urban centers, which previously led one of the main roads propujující mostly middle and south Bohemia. One of these centers is also in Plana above the river.

Advanced revitalizing downtown area connects seamlessly with the original architectural competition proposal and takes other architectural, tectonic and other material solutions. It is about creating a whole revitalized kompakního
center Planá, which consists of the original and newly rozřířeného territory in the northern part. Transport system is supported by traffic lights, so that a comprehensive system can work reliably. Within
the entire width of the street profi le may vznikout and bicycle lanes, each oriented in a different direction.
The solution allows the creation of wider pedestrian area and a better connection to the newly created residential street. Total traffic in the city is way more secure, easy and comfortable.
City and more among pedestrians, citizens, random visitors and cyclists at the expense of automobile passenger and freight traffic.

Concept architectural design of public space
Public space expanded area trying usefully complement the area of the square and the southern part solved center, trying to build on it further, not only in the concept of public space and transport solutions.
The proposal aims to clearly define the function space, their users and create a natural center. Public space enables basic activities of citizens and visitors of the area and develop further into contemporary
form. Each type of transport - walking, cycling and motor traffic is defined by the line along which the center can be moved safely. Not forgotten link with the river Lužnice.

Individual longitudinal parking spaces respecting individual private entrances and exits. Greenery follows the original concept of the area. Shipping is handled in a similar arrangement where the original road communication
First Class narrowed to seven meters from the original 10m. First class road is changed administrative procedures extending to staveního Law on secondary roads and lower grades possible under applicable legislation. Cycle is
extended in the same way as in the original selected area and forming lanes on both sides. One cycle lane is designed for width 1.5 meters on both sides of the main road. The guide strip has a size

Individual parking spaces and greenery are completed in the extended area so as to achieve high-quality architectural space within revitalizce center and yet meet the expectations of the capacity specified
investor.

Conclusion

settlement, according to the valid cadastral maps. It recommends a restoration architect to solve the center of the original and extended the city in a complex project DUR, DSP and DPS.
