The apartment is situated in a partially reconstructed flat house at Prague 6, street Evropská 264/261. The investors request is to reconstruct this 2+ kk apartment.
Our suggestion is to move a divider between living kicthcen and sleeping room. In spite of the original condition our preferences are to make bigger kitchen for more comfortable usage and make smaller sleeping room. We also suggest transport the bathroom to the new house section along with toalete.
With this way we get enyoable place to live where the kitchen space is big enough with functional demands of investor. We provide also enough storage, which takes place in divider between sleeping room and living kitchen. More storage is situated in the hallway where is washing machine with dryer as well.
