Solved object of polyfuncnional object for housing and warehouse facilities termined for reconstruction is settled industrial surrounding of Prague near city Měšice.
The site is quite large and has longitudial character perpendicular in direction to the access road. Vila is based in 1st
ground floor from the small warehouse, 2nd floor is for the housing actvity of the owner of the house. There is another industrial object of warehouse in longer distance from the access comunication.
Surrounding is created with another industrial objects. Investor has created first concept if this polyfunctional vila on his own. Investor insits, after quite short time of done new building, cooperation with architect based on interior and exterior editions.
Facades are solved as a next step. We try to design more housing visage of the polyfunctional house. Today`s industrial look is not the way that client supports as a housing surrounding. We solve this with window facade rails to get placticity. We are adding green vertical flora facade that has more housing calm character of this polyncional mension.
