Conception
Within the main emphasis is placed on the future use of the apartment as a rental . For this reason, the aim is to create a functional interior that will meet the current requirements for dwellings of similar standard in the locality. In the context of alternative solutions have been examined different layout . Client was selected layout conservative especially with regard to the character of the apartment. Fine apartment layout works with basic shapes and spaces . The apartment is connected using repetitive elements in the same proportions as the casing, skirting boards , furniture , lights etc. The proposal seeks to limit term empty building to a minimum and to keep the possibility for partial interiors with their own objects tenant.
Disposition
Layout is to be adjusted from 1 room to 2 room apartment. The adjustment was enlarged and attached bathroom drying space that became walk-in closet in the bedroom. Operationally not be changed significantly.
Materials
Color solution uses a white color combination in shades of gray to black. Within color is being worked with a variety of finishes from gloss over the mat to the rough surfaces of tiles . bright color supplies interior prevalent floor mosaic from natural oak . Material is to be resolved by combining oak floors, stucco plaster , furniture from MFC and MDF , tiles within the operating room , with ceramic sanitary ware , metal with chrome finish for batteries in the bathroom and toilet , granite within the kitchen .
Lighting
Lighting within dwelling is solved with Czech lights firms from company Halla of basic geometric shapes. Lights are used for ceiling surface mounted within a residential area and entrance hall . Within the toilet and the bathroom are circular lamps built into the plasterboard ceiling. Standard fittings are complemented by custom LED lights in the bathroom and kitchen .
